Site Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre

Location: South Wales

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Enforce health & safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Oversee quality control, inspections, and progress tracking.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive efficiency.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams in a high-pressure environment.
Experience working on hyperscale data centre projects is a plus!
Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
