Commercial Manager (Director Designate) - Dublin.

A long established Group of Companies with a strong reputation providing recruitment and labour supply services internationally, based in Dublin, annual turnover c. €70 million, requires a Commercial Manager/Director designate.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will oversee the company’s commercial strategy and lead the commercial processes and requirements of the business.

Interested candidates should have extensive experience in a similar role and will be responsible for all commercial issues relating to business performance to include profitability, compliance, tenders, and contracts.

Conducting commercial reviews of potential new markets and advising of potential risks, ensuring all commercial activities are carried out in compliance with contracts, procedures and external legislation governing business operations.

Provide leadership to maximise the potential and development of the team and facilitate regular two-way discussions and reviews with the Operations, Finance and Recruitment teams.

This role may suit a candidate with experience in the construction or civil engineering sector, possibly with  a background in quantity surveying, or similar.
