Payment: £27 - £29 an hour

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join a major construction project in Brighton, supporting the delivery of a largescale healthcare development. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on professional with strong site leadership skills and a solid background in groundworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily groundworks activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials to maintain progress against the programme.

• Monitor site health and safety, carry out inspections and resolve any issues that may impact delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman on construction or civil engineering projects.

• Strong knowledge of groundworks operations, including drainage, foundations, excavations and associated activities.

• Good leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to health and safety.
