Senior Engineer - Hotel Extension Project

North Kildare / Meath Border

Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 + Benefits (Car/ Car allowance, Pension etc!)

An experienced Senior Engineer is required for a €25M+ hotel extension project in the Johnstownbridge area.

This is a well-organised traditional build project involving blockwork, precast slabs and associated finishing works. The role is very much focused on quality assurance, site coordination and documentation. You will be joining a structured site team with other Site Engineers and a Project Manager in place, ensuring strong support and clear reporting lines throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering support on site
• Maintain high standards of quality control across all works
• Manage site documentation, records and as-built information
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site management team
• Support smooth delivery of programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and H&S standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Engineer or strong Site Engineer role
• Solid background in traditional construction projects (commercial or residential)
• Strong focus on quality, detail and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work as part of an established site team
