Land Surveyor/Site Engineer

Antigua, Carribean

US$90k (Net) plus local living allowance ~US$175/week

Required for leading civils contractor undertaking a a large Airport Redevelopment program, providing significant civil engineering works including airside infrastructure, drainage, lighting, roads, parking and terminal facilities

Role

The position is Land Surveyor/Site Engineer with the primary duties including,

• Responsible for the Site Engineering and Surveying
• Management of Topographical Data Collection and Mapping
• Management and Production of Volumetric Survey measurements
• Management and Production of As-Builts Surveys and Drawings
• Management of Material Reconciliations
• Agreeing Measurements with Client
• Progress Report monitoring of earthworks, Quarry Production, concrete works and pavement works
• Take -off and ordering Materials
• Submittals of RFIs
• Submittals of Technical Material submittals
• Ownership of Inspection Test Plan
