Site Manager (Healthcare)

Cork & Waterford

€70-80k +Transport +Benefits package

Site Manager(s) required for Tier-1 contractor undertaking large Healthcare (€35M+) projects in Cork & Waterford.

Role will involve Site Management, Sub-contractor Supervision, Coordination & Delivery of onsite activities & management of resources to meet agreed project targets.

The site managers role will involve supervision of;

• Groundworks/Piling/Concrete foundations
• Precast Concrete frame installation
• Rainscreen cladding
• Roofing
• External Doors/Windows
