BIM Coordinator

€50,000 - €60,000 per annum

Our client are Ireland's most progressive building company. They undertake projects throughout Ireland and the UK from offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick & London and are a leading company in large-scale construction. They are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to assist on a €130M commercial project in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• To develop 3D Architectural & Structural models
• To develop detailed site models for projects
• To detect and resolve clashes
• Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan
• Responsible for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project

Skills, qualifications & experience:

• Previous Revit experience essential 
• AutoCAD experience essential 
• Navisworks experience essential 
• Previous experience on multiple large projects
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or similar)
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills
