About the opportunity

Our client is a highly successful Main Contractor on the search for a EHS Lead the successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional EHS Manager and site Project Manager.
The EHS Lead will be responsible for all matters relating to EHS. You will be involved in developing, monitoring and implementing the company’s EHS policies and the ISO accredited Safety and Environmental Management systems. Ensuring that our client is compliant with Health and Safety Regulation.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a relevant EHS Qualification
• 5+years’ experience in a similar role
• Must have experience working with a PSCS contractor
• Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Ability and Willingness to work on own initiative but also capable of working as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
• Ability to demonstrate building strong working relationships & stakeholder management
