Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and provide daily support to the Independent Business Sales Leadership and Commercial Finance functions, ensuring high-quality commercial support and customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and provide functional insights.
- Develop expertise in pricing and margin management systems and processes, maintaining best practices through standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work environment, acting as a role model for the team.
- Regularly assess and analyse commercial trends to drive business performance and identify profit-enhancing opportunities.
- Implement and oversee pricing controls, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing structures.
- Streamline and automate operational processes, working closely with Business Technology teams to drive efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting collaboration and business success.
- Facilitate and lead team meetings, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Manage HR time management approvals and maintain accurate records for payroll and leave tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong competency in MS Excel and database systems; experience with ERP systems is a distinct advantage.
- Experience in process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong commercial mindset.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to identifying and resolving issues.
