Manufacturing Engineering Manager - North Dublin.

In this capacity you will lead and develop a team of multi-disciplined engineers in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Manage product and process change activities, technology transfers while assuring continuity of supply.
Work cross-functionally & cross-site to deliver finished product to the end customer.
Lead projects to drive continuous improvement in key metrics in alignment with Lean, 6 Sigma, Design Robustness and Problem-Solving Principles
Problem solve to solution level, with a structured approach, using the team, complete all associated planning and design validation activity required to achieve the desired outcome.
Deliver solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
Participate in the continuous development of the quality system, including standard operating procedures (SOP's), workflow development, product and process validations coupled with the ability to write concise technical reports.

NFQ Level 8 or Higher in a relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics, Engineering, or alternative) with at least 10 years' relevant engineering experience. Degree in alternative disciplines will be considered if balanced by relevant engineering experience.
5 years or more in a relevant leadership position.
Very strong technical background
Structured analysis skills with experience in complex technical troubleshooting
Excellent collaboration & communications skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
