CSA / White Wall Manager - Data Centre

Location: Helsinki, Finland

c. €100K + Flights, accommodation, travel, living allowance, bonus, pension etc.

A leading European engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced CSA / White Wall Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is an opportunity to play a key role on a landmark mission-critical development valued in excess of €300 million, working with a specialist contractor delivering the fit-out and MEP package on one of Europe's most significant data centre projects. The contractor has an established track record delivering complex data centre, life sciences and industrial projects across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage all white wall, architectural fit-out and CSA finishing works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all fit-out activities.
• Work closely with MEP, commissioning and project delivery teams.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Drive productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Report progress, risks and opportunities to senior project management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CSA Manager, White Wall Manager, Fit-Out Manager or similar.
• Strong data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical or large-scale industrial project experience.
• Proven track record delivering internal fit-out and architectural packages.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
