Business Unit Leader - County Clare.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead a multifunctional team in planning and executing production schedules.
Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
Co-ordinate with engineering and purchasing on engineering change notices.
Ensure traceability of parts throughout the production process.
Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Develop and motivate staff, driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methods.
Provide leadership and line management to ensure efficient operations and achieve business targets.

Interested applicants should have:
3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, Production or other).
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and strong project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player.
