Production Lead - County Clare.

In this role you will:
• Lead a team of people to ensure the production schedule is executed.
• Have a full log of issues that have caused the schedule to be missed.
• Manage the flow of work through the production process by assigning people to the correct functions.
• React to customer escalations and ensure they are prioritised.
• Highlight any issues that impact the schedule.
• Ensure all quality procedures are adhered too.
• Have a full inventory of all parts at outside processers.
• Ensure the Health & Safety guidelines of the company are adhered too.
• Carry out daily audits to ensure protective equipment provided is worn by the all team members.
• Proactively manage the team to ensure adequate bench strength is available.
• Liaise with your fellow team leads to ensure the overall Production area is resourced to achieve the Production plan.
• Ensure customer commit dates are achieved.
• Provide full and comprehensive shift handover.
• Manage timekeeping and attendance log.
• Escalate equipment downtime to Maintenance and the planner/schedulers.
