Required for leading precast construction provider with operations in UK & Ireland.

Ideal candidate will have production or precast manufacturing experience, coupled with trade or certificate in mechanical, electrical or production.

Role
• Ability to keep production moving and minimise ‘down-time’.
• Ideally looking for a capable supervisor who can ‘problem solve’ locally and not disrupt production with unnecessary minor breakdowns. Must be an effective ‘trouble-shooter’.
• Work with the precast team of 12 to 17 personnell.

On offer
Circa £60K pa (Neg) + Accommodation + Vehicle + Production Bonus. Alternatively our client is open to discussing an “all-in” negotiable salary.
