Team Leader – Rotational Shift
We are looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our supervisory team as Team Leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are driven, ready to take on responsibilities, and looking to grow as leaders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee people management and production activities, ensuring all work complies with relevant quality and Health & Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and proper housekeeping.
- Manage production processes to ensure that targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Follow and execute production schedules while anticipating and resolving issues as they arise.
- Organize materials for smooth production, ensuring proper preparation and seamless handover to the next shift.
- Provide support to operators, fostering quality improvements and productivity through clear and effective communication.
- Monitor attendance records for payroll, holidays, and ensure adherence to acceptable standards. Maintain discipline in safety and quality matters.
- Collaborate as part of the supervisory team, demonstrating strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Record and address any issues, maintaining detailed logs of events and non-conformances.
- Prepare, monitor, and track all production KPIs to ensure goals are met.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both in leading their team and coordinating with fellow supervisors and management.
- Competent in computer skills.
- Comprehensive understanding and commitment to Quality and Health & Safety standards.
- Demonstrates excellent conduct and a strong time and attendance record.
- Flexibility to attend pre-scheduled training or meetings outside regular working hours.
