Key Requirements of Role: Source new business and manage onboarding new customers onto Boxcore. Helping Source new business - 66%, Managing existing Customers - 33%

Key Qualities;


  • Ideally some experience in a sales role within the Construction Industry and a strong network within construction
  • Location can be anywhere between Birmingham and London – role would require travelling to site a few days per week
  • Someone who has solid people skills and who, loves dealing with people and has experience dealing with site teams ideally
  • Tech savvy, whilst not a very technical product, it would be good to have someone who is comfortable around apps and tech
  • Can do attitude and a natural self-starter are essential. Someone with the right attitude and looking to prove themselves would be better than someone who maybe been there and done that
  • Ideally experience working in small teams in small companies
  • It doesn’t need to be someone who has sold software before but might suit an ambitious person in their mid-late twenties who is looking for an opportunity to get into the tech industry
  • Great opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career and quickly take on more responsibility with the company as we scale
