Key Account Manager - County Clare.

In this role you will act as the key interface between the customer and all divisions.

Core duties:
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients
• Building long-term, strategic relationships
• Contact with each level of business to ensure all customers’ needs and expectations are properly met
• Identify the best opportunities for growth and service to the customer
• Resolving key issues and complaints
• Developing a complete understanding of key accounts needs
• Meeting all customers’ needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

The day to day routine for this role consists of:
• Reviewing open order reports and inform customer about any issues in relation to on-time delivery
• Preparing documentation for shipments as per customer specification
• Make sure that processes are followed as per customer requirement and specifications
• Contract review
• Dealing with sub-contractors
• Arranging shipments/collections
• Reviewing the status of the parts in progress
• Managing Customer production cell
• Chairing daily production meetings
• Reviewing sales targets
• Dealing with customers on a daily basis – reports/conference calls/updates/issues
• Preparing paperwork/drawings for day to day run within the cell
• Supporting production team with any issues/questions or information required to allow smooth production runs
• Team building
• Chair the morning & evening team meeting

Interested applicants should have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar account management or sales role
