Associate Director (Consultancy) – Life Sciences - London based
New opportunity to join a well-known Global consultancy to be based in their London HQ has just arisen.
Our client are in need of an experienced candidate, ideally someone with strong Life Science experience and a Cost Management background . The successful candidate will manage a team of Cost Managers, Schedulers and Project Controls specialists.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to optimise projects costs, time schedules and logistics, implement value engineering and ensure value for money whilst still achieving and delivering the highest standards and quality.
Desired experience and education:
•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
•Experience in the Life sciences sector or equivalent.
•10-15 years of Project engineering experience, preferably someone who has been involved with both client & Engineering Design organizations, with a preference for Pharmaceutical Experience.
•5 years’ experience in cost, schedule, and risk control, with a preference for Pharmaceutical projects. Open to relevant experience from other industries should experience match the above responsibilities.
•Demonstrated experience balancing and organizing multiple project or assignments
•Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients/peers/management to successfully meet shifting needs.
•Preference for candidates with experience or interest in BI Software (Microsoft BI or Spotfire)
