Sustainability Manager | Leinster | c.€100k, Car, Pension, Bonus & Benefits

As Sustainability Manager you will be leading from the front making substantial change across the Group, in line with a planned net zero emissions policy.

Collaborating with the pre, on-site & post construction teams in Ireland & Europe providing sustainability knowledge, setting targets, monitoring compliance, create & implementing strategies & policies. This Tier 1 main contractor is at the early stages towards sustainability, a fantastic opportunity to influence & join the senior management team in this critical sector.

You will be responsible for leading and developing sustainability strategies across the organisation, including our journey to Net Zero and all aspects of our environmental, social, and economic sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and advice on ESG / Sustainability strategy for the company.
• Set and monitor SMART Sustainable objectives
• Maintain ISO 14001 Standard and introduce and implement new ISO standards as appropriate
• Advise project teams on Sustainability requirements at initial start-up phase and throughout the projects.
• Engage with supply-chain on matters of sustainability and improvement
• Produce annual ESG / Sustainability Report for publication
• Coordinate with Directors on all matters relating to ESG / Sustainability
