Customer Service Representative - North Dublin.


Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Manage Customer sales order requirements to point of use in line with business demands.
• Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.
• Conduct Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on target.
• Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.
• Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.
• Chair daily operational reviews and advocate voice of the Customer to strive for top performance.


Interested applicants should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience within a Customer Service, Planning, or Logistics function.
• Proven customer relations experience working within a complex supply chain and leading supply issues to resolution.
• Ability to interact and make supply allocation calls whilst meeting customer needs.
• Ideally SAP experience

• Team Player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Problem solving approach with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to conduct and lead meetings efficiently with various functions.
• Demonstrate end to end relationship management with accountability and responsibility.
• Analytical skills: the ability to collate and analyse data for appropriate decision making.
