Indirect Spend Commodity Manager - North Dublin

In this role you will be a key procurement manager on site, and part of the broader Site Materials Function.

• You will provide commercial leadership for the major infrastructure, CAPEX and indirect spend on site (Facilities, Services, Equipment, Consumables, Freight), managing negotiation strategy, RFQ process, commercial terms and contracts.
• You should have an entrepreneurial mindset based on sound commercial knowledge.
• You will lead a team of material professionals and cross functional teams required.
• You will be responsible for the cost-effective delivery of quality purchased services and indirect spend across the site.
• You are expected to ensure delivery, quality and cost targets are achieved today and in the future. You will have regular Key supplier QBR's and measure their performance.
• On an ongoing basis, you will interact with the commodity management function.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8). Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in negotiating commercial contracts and tenders.
• Experience in supplier performance management.
• Strong analytical capability to drive improvement projects.
• Ability to interact with and influence suppliers at a senior management level, to manage escalations.
